Bridge of Hope

“Bridge of Hope” is the title of the story created collaboratively by all the partners, in a shared experience that gave voice to an essential message: the fight against bullying. Through this narrative, the students reflected on the importance of empathy, respect, and understanding in interpersonal relationships, building a symbolic bridge towards a more inclusive and supportive environment. This joint work revealed the power of international cooperation in education, showing how creativity can be used to promote fundamental human values and inspire positive change in schools and communities.

Window Opening to Classrooms of Tomorrow

The students collaboratively created a song for the project. Each group wrote a few verses in sequence, building on the previous ones, inspired by the acronym “Window Opening to Classrooms of Tomorrow.” In the end, they gave it a special finishing touch with music /with SUNO), turning their words into a creative and meaningful artistic product that reflected teamwork, imagination, and shared learning.

Words can hurt, but kindness can heal

Include everyone; make respect real

Never stay silent when someone’s in pain

Dare to stand up; let compassion remain

Open your eyes to those behind

Widen your heart and be more kind

Offer a hand when someone’s confined.

Peace is what we all deserve to find

Embrace our differences; let friendship grow

Never let anyone feel sad or low

In this togetherness, we all find our voice

No to all bullying; kindness is our choice

Good friends never bully or tease

Treat everyone with kindness and peace

Others’ feelings matter too

Choose respect in all you do

Leave bullying behind and choose kindness

Always stand up for those who need help

Spread respect and make everyone feel safe

Silence allows the pain to grow

Refuse to let the bullies win

Offering help is how we Show

Our strength to make a change within

Many of us suffer in silence; let's speak up together.

Strong together, we respect everyone’s differences.

Only together can we build a brighter tomorrow

Future is brighter when kindness is our guide

Together we can make every student feel safe

Open your heart and give others their place

Make a difference with kindness each day

Overcome bullying by choosing the right way

Respect each other and take a stand.

Reach out to lonely hearts across the land.

Open your eyes to the pain they bear.

Win against cruelty by showing you care.

E-Twinning Day Our Posters

The students reflected on the importance of celebrating eTwinning Day, recognising the value of this initiative in promoting collaboration, creativity, and learning within a European context. Building on this reflection, they transformed their ideas into posters and infographics, expressing in a visual and engaging way the key messages connected to this celebration. This work allowed them to develop digital and communication skills while also strengthening teamwork and their awareness of the importance of taking part in meaningful international educational projects.

Podcast broadcast

Within the scope of our activities, dynamic podcasts were recorded where students openly and constructively debate bullying and cyberbullying. These episodes explore real stories, share experiences, and show how dialogue can turn difficult situations into opportunities for growth. Through these conversations, we aim to encourage everyone to reflect and act with empathy, building a more united and respectful community. Stay tuned!

Drama and empathy

Within the scope of our activities, short videos and scripts were produced to address the topic of bullying and cyberbullying, aiming to raise awareness of more humane and thoughtful ways of dealing with these situations. The stories presented show that violence does not need to be answered with more violence. On the contrary, empathy, dialogue, and understanding prove to be more effective ways to break cycles of aggression and promote healthier relationships. Through these productions, we hope to encourage reflection and reinforce the importance of a culture of respect, where every voice is heard and valued. Here are some examples.

Safer Internet Day celebrated by class 10LH4

At the beginning of February, class 10LH4 marked a very special date: Safer Internet Day. Aware that the theme is very important—promoting respect, empathy, and healthy interaction, both in person and online—the students prepared a range of activities that involved the entire school community.

This initiative was also part of the eTwinning project “Windows opening to classrooms of tomorrow,” in which the class has been working throughout the school year, reflecting on the responsible use of the Internet and the importance of kindness in both the digital and real worlds.

On February 11, a lecture on Internet safety and the consequences of bullying and cyberbullying took place, led by Engineer José Carlos Silva and psychologist Maria José Barbosa. Class 10LH4 played an active role in the organization: they designed the promotional poster, prepared the venue, and opened the session, welcoming the speakers, teachers, and students. The event offered moments of sharing, reflection, and awareness, particularly for classes 10LH4, 10CSE1, and 12TSI, emphasizing the importance of responsible and empathetic online behavior.
